After a rest day we had a relatively short (60 mile) ride to Gold Beach. The route took us inland until we reached Port Orford and then continued along the Coast for the remainder of the ride.
The highlight of Gold Beach was our dinner at Spinners Restaurant. I enjoyed a 16 oz Prime Rib (my red meat allowence for the month) and Michelle enjoyed Ribs, We've been feasting on fresh local fish since we started the trip so having a good steak tasted great.
Tomorrow we cross into California. We've completed approximately 1/3 of the total mileage.
